Detailed specifications for each component are provided in the documentation, including dimensions, motor type, gear ratios, and other technical parameters, to ensure correct compatibility with the printed parts.

This approach keeps the STL package fully printable while allowing the project to function reliably. Builders can source these standard parts easily and integrate them with the printed components according to the step-by-step assembly instructions.

About ohGator XL

 

The ohGator XL is a fully functional, modular mechanical project designed for self-assembly from digital STL files. This product is entirely digital — you receive a complete set of 3D-printable files with step-by-step printing and assembly instructions. No physical product will be shipped.

The STL files and accompanying documentation include:
